Craig Rutherford is our executive chef. He has worked at many different culinary establishments, most notably, Ambria and the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.  He oversees the Healthy Kids Kitchen program, writes menus, and coordinates meal preparation and distribution for school lunch deliveries every day.

Kellie Glascott has a background that balances Craig’s perfectly. With a degree in hospitality, Kellie manages the sales and marketing aspects of Healthy Kids Kitchen. Kellie’s prior work experience includes restaurant/hotel management, and pharmaceutical and food distribution sales. 

In 2010 Craig and Kellie introduced a hot lunch program to one school in Lakeview. It worked well and two more schools were added. Healthy Kids Kitchen was born and continues to grow every year.
